Broken zipper, company sent a replacement pack. Now the zippers are going on my replacements. I don't even use them much! The little green pouch also has a strong zipper and thats part of the problem, when you go to open it you have to sometimes use a bit of force and then one side of the zipper rips off from the pouch. And I've had some mushed up food in the seal and it didn't compromise the strength of it.
