It has a lining and anything with lining gets unbearably hot. London Fog brand--I just checked though, and I can't find it on the site, so they might be gone. But we've used them twice this week and they were great. We live in Florida and are in the thick of hot steamy rainy days. LO (girl, age 6, size 5) has asked for a rain coat but I’m not sure where to start.<br /> I’d love it to actually keep her mostly dry - umbrellas are annoying and there’s an infant car seat to wrangle in the rain as well as get her around. But I’m worried about her getting too hot and sweaty.<br /> Anyone have something that’s worked for you? Bonus if it’s less than $40 but I’m flexible if it’s good quality. Thanks! </p>
