Having it fold up is a lifesaver. Honestly, I can't imagine not having the capacity to fold it up because it takes up so much space! It is good quality and my girls use it multiple times a day. We decided against a foldable one bc we had read it wasn't as sturdy. The Little Partners one had accessories like play tent covers (so it looks like a lemonade stand) and also a white board attachment so they can use it like an easel. It is great quality and really nice. I like it... But it is huge and takes up a lot of space. We recently moved and our new kitchen is much bigger, so we have space but if you have a smaller area it has a massive footprint.<br /> LO loves it though!
