Bicep curls with grocery bags.&#60;br /&#62;
Lunges and squats while on the phone.&#60;br /&#62;
Calf raises whenever you have to wait in line somewhere.

<description>&#60;p&#62;At my office people send out emails saying 'it's push up break time' or 'drop and do 25 squats'.  Whoever is interested and available walks to a central area and does an exercise for 5 min or so.  It's a nice break in the day and totally voluntary.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I walk as much as I can when the weather is nice enough- I get exercise, Lo and I both get fresh air, and I get the groceries or whatever I needed. Plus we are up 2 flights and I'm carrying a 16 lb baby in car seat plus groceries up!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Lately when c is getting cranky I do exercises with her- hold her on my stomach while I do bridges, and lay on my back and hold her over me while I do baby chest presses. She thinks it's hilarious!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Since work has been so busy and I'm too tired in the mornings to make it to the gym, I've been trying to find other ways of getting exercise in, no matter how small or short it is.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So far, the things I've come up with are&#60;br /&#62;
 - Take a 5 min break to go up and down the stairs 5 times at work&#60;br /&#62;
 - Walk around the building at work a couple times&#60;br /&#62;
 - Park in the furthest parking spot I can find (sometimes on the opposite side of the mall)&#60;br /&#62;
 - Take the longest route to where I need to go.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What are some ways you get your quick, exercise in?
