I've been encouraging DH to apply for a controler position that would be a jump up for him &amp; give us the opportunity for me to be a stay at home wife/ maybe mom. He wants the job but is neevous to apply because he has no formal education. Selfishly I want to finish my degree in human services. If we didn't have bills to pay, I certainly wouldn't be getting up at 6am. My husband, on the other hand, lives to work. His career is also his hobby so he really enjoys it. It's definitely caused some frustration for me since the field I work in is very much the opposite! I don't think I'll stay in this space forever though, so it works for now. </p>
