Mine wake 6:30-7:15 and take their nap from 1/1:30-3:30/4 then bed at 7:45/8. This is, and has been for a while, her usual nap time. She gets really excited and doesn't make a fuss when I lay her down, but then she doesn't sleep! She will roll around, kick her crib, talk, sing etc. This has been going on all week, and I am hoping it is just a phase because I need to her nap. Has your LO went through a phase like this? How long should I let her stay in bed if she's just playing? I feel bad leaving her up there too long, but I don't want her to think she can play, not nap and then I will come and get her. </p>
