I asked today how his diaper stash was and he had about 10 diapers in his diaper cubby (within reach of the changing table) and just told them I was worried he was out since he came home in a different diaper, but that it wasn't marked on his sheet. It sounds like he just accidentally got someone else's diaper. I think it's just either when we run out or when they forgot to grab one and grab whatever is closest. If you think they are using your diapers on someone else's kid and they're not being replaced, I would keep count. Note how many you send over a week and then note how many changes there have been. They noted on his day sheet that he was out of diapers yesterday so I stuffed 8 or 9 in his bag this morning. They request that everyone label their kiddos diapers and I do. </p> <p>I changed him shortly after we got home and he had a weird diaper on that was a size 3 (he's in 1s, about to move to 2). I don't know what's happening with his diapers. There was one still in his bag so I don't know why he had on a different diaper. It wasn't labeled so I'm thinking its just from the daycare's spare stash. His sheet shows he had 4 diaper changes, all wet and they didn't request more diapers. </p> <p>I'm going to ask tomorrow, I'm really annoyed! </p>
