My LO has multiple chins too! We've never had a bad rash but if its looked red I've just tried to make sure it stays dry, patting it with a cloth regularly and occasionally apply lotion.

LO has the same thing due to drool/rubbing/eczema (I guess it's not a rash, just raw skin). Her doctor said to be obsessive with the Vaseline. When LO is awake, every 10-15 minutes I check to see how much of it has rubbed off. I'll pat dry, and reapply (that's my motto these days).

My LO has a little red rash on her 2nd chin. (Yes, she has multiple chins). I'm guessing it's from so much drool and rubbing because well, she has so many chins! The doctor suggested Aveeno oatmeal baby powder. Anybody try this? Did it work? Any other suggestions that worked for you?
