an aetna nurse told me at around 28 weeks, to count kicks, make sure the baby is kicking 10 times in 2 hours.

Drink some oj and lay down if you're worried. It really depends on the baby too. Charlie didn't move that much but he was a bigger baby. While Olive did gymnastics in there!

I wouldn't worry. It gets cramped in there. If your LO doesn't move for a day then I'd call your OB though.

Don't drive yourself nutty with kick counts unless you really feel like it's been awhile. But yes, totally normal. They've gone from having a spacious loft apartment to a tiny studio in there!

I don't count kicks but there is definitely less movement so far. (I'm 33 weeks, 5 days). As long as I still get the sharp movements or a kick here and there I know he's okay.

I wouldn't worry as long as you still feel movement. You can always have some OJ to try to get the baby moving too.

I've noticed my LO is definitely kicking less in the third trimester. In many books, it says that it's because he's bigger and there's less space. Should I be a nut and counting every single kick? I've been tracking his kicks but loosely. As long as I feel some kicking AM and PM, I haven't been too worried. Should I be more diligent?
