We just went thru this and it took a few weeks to adjust. Now after a few weeks of sleeping on the floor, he stays In bed where it's more comfy. I do leave blankets on the floor he can snuggle with if he does get out but he's pretty much stopped getting out at night. She calls it a camp out. I would think it'd be uncomfy but whatever! We just lay her blankets on the floor and she sleeps on them tucked in. I have no idea how it was comfortable! Unless she's waking up sore I wouldn't worry too much. </p> <p>If her bed is crowded perhaps finding another place for the stuffed animals may work. Every night before I go to bed, I check on her. Almost every night, she's asleep on the floor with all her stuff. Like she's passing out mid play. But also ends up out of bed in the middle of the night. </p> <p>Is this a phase? Will moving her to a floor bed help? I'm guessing no.
