Our solution was to continue to have 2 naps for 1 hour each. </p> <p>I finally got dad on board with my suggestion which is that he needs an earlier bedtime (7 pm not 8 or 9) in order to get enough to sleep to sleep during the day. Yesterday he slept for an hour, was up for 30 minutes and then down for 2 hours!!!!</p> <p>Also, look for teeth. She only takes one nap and on a good day, it'll be for 1.5 hours. Normally, just an hour. It kills me. She sleeps really well at night but still.
