I think the down time is good for her, even if she doesn't actually sleep. This morning, C was exhausted and slept for a solid 2 hours til I had to wake him so we could get to an appointment on time. This afternoon, after 3.5 hrs of wake time, and all the tired signs there, I put him down for nap #2. </p> <p>AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES LATER, he is still playing in his crib. 15 minutes in, I went in there and changed his #2 diaper (hear the grunting in the monitor - sorry for overshare). Put him back down, still seeming very tired, but no luck. </p> <p>Probably going to get him soon. Giving him "quiet time" I guess. </p> <p>How long would you let your LO play in the crib if they won't nap? And since he didn't sleep...early bed time? Ugh... </p>
