OMG same here. He was basically shredding his Luvs - been using them almost a year. He stopped with the cruisers. We alternate now and he seems ok

@Bao: We had the same thing happen with the Up and Ups. He wore them for a year without problems, when they suddenly started burning his butt. Switched to Huggies and that's been fine, but he does scratch around the top waistband often. It hasn't seemed to improve with different brands. I think he's just hit the point that diapers are getting uncomfortable and he's noticing it. Hopefully we'll be out of them soon enough.

The past few days A has been scratching around her diaper, on her back near the top of the diaper, and around the sides. We have never had an issue with Luvs before but wondering why she would all the sudden start doing this. She has used a few Pampers Cruisers the past few days but I didn't notice if she was scratching with those ones. I loaded her up with Cetaphil since she already has dry itchy skin but that doesn't seem to be helping. Anyone have any thoughts? Can a sensitivity to a diaper start out of no where?
