You should wave byebye and tell them you'll be back for them later with a big smile on your face. </p> <p>We had a pretty easy transition with my LO. She occasionally cries when I leave but the daycare teacher is really good about picking her up and giving her a hug and helping her wave bye to me. I've hidden around the corner to see when she stops crying and its usually within 30 seconds. Well I finally got the job and we returned the paperwork today. Turns out they opened a new classroom and he can start Monday! Crazy! I don't have to work until March 10th, but we're going to the Caribbean for a week before that without him so I figured it was better to start him right away!</p> <p>Any tips to make it an easy transition? </p>
