She loves it, though. DH drops her off and he says that when they walk into her room she starts clapping and smiling at her teachers. It was also really good for us to have some time apart. Like you, I hadn't ever been away from her for more than 5-6 hours when she started daycare (at 6 months old), so she was very attached to me. It was sweet but also exhausting. I just feel sick about it today.</p> <p>I love her provider and I know she's going to be in good hands, but I feel so sad. She'll be a year old on Thursday and we've never been apart for more than maybe eight or 10 hours....and that's only happened twice in the last year.</p> <p>She LOVES other kids and she's a very busy girl., so I know the stimulation and socialization will be good for her.</p> <p>Logically I know she will be fine and I will be fine. But my heart is so sad today :crying: </p> <p>Cheer me up, bees! This mama needs a hug. </p>
