Maybe she's expecting juice and disappointed when she gets plain water?</p> <p>My LO loves smoothies and fruit/veggie juices but we offer them in completely different types of cups than what he gets water in. We also offer water throughout the whole day, not just at mealtimes. The only thing i could do was offer it to her throughout the day. Have you tried offering her plain water? She could be refusing it because she doesn't like prune juice. I found that LO was much more receptive to pureed prunes, until i gave it to her so often (3x a day) that she rejected it altogether! We've been feeding her purees for about 2 months. We usually give her water or (very) watered down prune juice with her meals. Lately, she absolutely refuses to drink the plain water. She screams and cries and pushes the cup away. It frustrates me so much. I don't want to give in and give her the watered down juice, but I feel like it's important for her to drink something because she tends to get constipated easily. Does anyone else have an LO that doesn't like water? How do you get them to drink it?? </p>
