<description>&#60;p&#62;I would totally go local as long as you know it's safe and how it's processed. Commercial milk is SO over processed. Most organic milk is high temp pasteurized for longer shelf life.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We will be transitioning to a low temp pasteurized non homogenized milk from a local dairy farm.
