I work out at lunch and there is no shower (we have a "fitness closet" where I have weights and do fitness blender workouts). I use baby wipes and coconut deodorant wipes and it's never a huge problem. Even in the summer when I was running on my lunch break I would just be kinda sweaty for the rest of the day... figured my sanity and fitness is better than keeping up appearances. :silly:

I do a quick rinse or baby wipes to freshen up, fresh deodorant and a quick makeup touch up if I need it. I usually just brush my sweaty hair back into a bun or blow dry it quickly if need be. Luckily my office is so small and we all work out that even if I don't shower up, no one really cares!

i take 45 minute classes--i tend to sweat a lot, so i take a shower after almost every class (sometimes i can skip the shower if it was yoga). i shampoo my hair and kinda use the suds to rub my body also--as in, no separate soaping of the body. i put my hair in a ponytail bun for the rest of the day, or twist it up with a clip.

I work out at lunch (when I work out lol). I take a 45 minute spin class and shower very quickly after. I don’t wash my hair and don’t find a need to use dry shampoo, though I will generally wear my hair up after a workout for the rest of the day. I don’t sweat terribly though. As long as my body gets washed up, I feel like I’m ok. We have hair dryers and flat irons in our work gym so I will just zap my hair with those to dry along the hair line as may be needed.

Depends on how sweaty you get. I sweat lightly during my lunchtime workouts and can get away with wiping down using face/body wipes where I sweat-sports bra, underarms, etc. Dry shampoo at the hairline. Easy peasy!

Years ago I used to go running with a coworker over lunch. No shower in the building! We used baby wipes and a fresh coat of deodorant with a spritz of perfume. Never was a problem. Damp hair we just brushed out and it was ok.

I WOH FT and need to squeeze in a couple lunchtime workouts. I don't have a scheduled lunch hour, but I prefer to limit my time away from my desk to as close to an hour as possible.

I'm taking 30 and 40 minute classes. I plan to shower after, not washing hair and using dry shampoo. I imagine I will actually have to blow dry some sweaty hair. Perhaps wear a cotton headband to absorb?

What are your best tips and tricks to squeeze a workout in quickly without being the stinky kid?
