He's continued to be above average in height, though below average for weight.<br /> We're both below average for height but have giants in our family. I don't know how long DH was when he was born, but he's 6'1", and his mother and brothers are all about the same height (except FIL is like 5'7"--and he was the tallest in his immediate family!). I was 19 inches and am now a little under 5'5. LO was born at 21 inches and has pretty consistently stayed in the 97th percentile for height since. It'll be interesting to see where she ends up! I was too long for most NB clothes right from the beginning, and always above the 99th percentile for height (length?) as a baby.</p> <p>I'm 5'10" now, so I'm tall, but I also have a mum who's 5'7" and a dad who's 6'4", so I was never destined to be short :) DH was a more average length at birth (19" or 20") and is somewhere between 5'11" and 6' now. She was measured as 18.75 inches at her pedis off but figure that's just measuring differences between the 2 places. Was your LO? Are you tall now?</p> <p>Both my DH and I were in the mid 8 pound range at birth. He was an average 18 inches or so. I was over 22 inches. He's average height now, if not a little short. I'm tall.</p> <p>I'm wondering what LO will be like! His mommy or his daddy! </p>
