I have heard of up to 21 days so I wouldn't be worried. Our GI said that can be normal for a breastfed baby as long as there is no pain when they go and the stool is not hard. DS eventually started having a lot of pain during bowel movements and was put on Miralax. It made things less painful but he still only went every 4 days or so.
