I regret getting the ottoman because it's basically a glorified Boppy shelf. I would rather have had a gliding recliner. But I don't think they had those back then!! (We bought ours in 2009). We paid SO. MUCH. for the chair and ottoman but it was our one and only big nursery expense so we went for it. It's been 5 years and we'll probably sell it in the next few years, and it's still LIKE NEW. We have spent soooo. MANY... HOURS... in that chair so it's worth every penny to make sure you have one that you absolutely love.
