DH is a techie and did his best to avoid it for the last couple of years. We even had a macbook years ago that we didn't use often because of the osx (ran windows on it instead). He has had 5-6 tablets in the past year and finally found the holy grail of tablets for him -- an iPad mini. It took that many tries for him to figure out a tablet that could fulfill his needs. Yes, it costs more but you definitely get the most out of it. I was honestly tired of him trying out tablet after tablet and happy that he finally found something he can keep.</p> <p>After saying all of that, DH never got a Galaxy tablet so I don't know much about it. It always seems that most people prefer Apple. I have an iPhone for my work phone and an Android for my personal phone, so I'm not exactly a huge iPerson. I definitely would pick the galaxy. The ipad doesnt show flash, and a lot of sites use flash.</p> <p>I would also say if you plan on buying apps its a pain to have a mismatch between your smartphone and tablet.
