@Mrs. Sunglasses: i plan to put the long sleeve shirts under his short sleeve shirts so that he can wear his summer clothes in the fall.

@looch: that's really interesting! I have a ton of white carter's onesies that I could do that with.

H&M has organic cotton ones for around $5/$6 each. And it's a little thicker than the Carter's material. I think you'll like it. I just got a couple for Nicholas and they have it in different colors as well. Gap also has white long sleeve shirts right now but I think I like the H&M ones better.

@Looch: I wonder if you could save the sleeves and make babylegs (to gift or sell?) You could make them cute (tie-dye, ombre dye, etc.

@Mrs. Bee: You're going to think I am totally nuts, but my plan was to cut the sleeves from some of my son's larger onesies and just use stitch witchery to iron them into the tees. It actually lasts through washing and drying and you can even take apart the construction if you want to.

Another option is Hanes...they have youth sizes:

http://www.hanes.com/clothing/boys/boys-infant---toddler/hanes-youth-tagless-reg%3B-long-sleeve-t-shirt#prod-details

@Mrs. Bee: My son wouldn't be able to wear 2 shirts (gets too hot) so he only has long sleeve shirts, no undershirt.

to extend Charlie's short sleeve shirts into the fall and winter. he'd been wearing carter's onesies, but he is too old/big for the largest size now.

do you have any undershirts/long sleeve white shirts that you love?
