@T-Mom: I figure right now I don't care because she's still nursing. I'm just hoping it evens out a bit when she weans!

@mandb36: i was curious and looked it up on kellymom. It actually suggests adding another pumping session on just one side. I think that would probably really help, but what a pain that would be. Depends on how bothersome it is to you I guess :-)

I don't have experience with this yet but I've been worried about this myself. I've always been uneven by at least a cup size and was hoping that when I got pregnant the little one would catch up. I'm 7 months and so far they're the same. We shall see once baby gets here and my milk comes in.... Fingers crossed!

@T-Mom: Yep, I tried starting on the smaller side and pumping it afterward but it's still a lot smaller and not as good at milk production.

@MrsBrewer: Yes, the right side was always bigger but now it just seems out of control with how much bigger. Before, it was only really obvious to me and only when I didn't have a shirt on (TMI?) but now it's obvious all the time.

I know this obviously isn't helping you at all, but were you lopsided before you started breastfeeding? I just wonder because I know I definitely am now, and I always wonder what will happen once I get pregnant/breastfeed

Do you have LO always start on the smaller side? Other than that and pumping that side, I'm not sure what else you would do... I know a lot of people who tell me that they were basically feeding from one side the whole time!

ETA: after finishing bf, I went back to exactly how I was before. Flat. I definitely had a dominant side, but it wasn't too bad.

I am extremely lopsided from breastfeeding. I've tried to pump extra feed mainly from the smaller side, etc but it's still really bad. I can tell just looking in the mirror that it's probably a 2-3 cup size difference at least. I'm okay with it if she's getting what's best for her though.

Does anyone have any lesser known tips though? Will it at least be more even (even if it's not totally even since they've always been slightly different) after I wean?
