My DH is - and I am + and he was just curious what LO's blood type was. But our hospital refused to do a typing test, and basically told us it was out of pocket if we wanted to do it- so around $400. No way. We couldn't believe that hospitals didn't tell blood type anymore. I know that I didn't need the extra rhogram shot because of his blood type postpartum. I just remember that it was different from mine. It depends on the mom's blood type, as well as the hospital's policy. I wish I could find a record of it though so I knew for sure, but I THINK I know what it is (unless I dreamed it). Lol, I checked her online health record and it doesn't list it anywhere. I guess I will ask her pediatrician at her next appointment, but I just think it is a little odd that I wouldn't have already known :P </p>
