I wouldn't be concerned. 1/2 - 1 lb/ month is normal at that age.

LO is 60th %ile for height and 15th %ile for weight. She's been as high at 75th %ile for weight but once she got mobile she dropped a ton. Doc isn't concerned a bit... She eats like a horse she just NEVER.STOPS.MOVING.

Around that age her weight % dropped too. Just as they hit different spurts and are more active.

I would say its normal. My son has always been really skinny. He went from the 30 percent to 10 percent in weight and Dr wasn't concerned. He also lost weight when he became mobile.

We had the 6 month check up today. LO has always been tall, in the 95th% and her weight has been 60-65%. Today she was in the 90th for height and 47th for weight. It seems like quite a drop to me. The NP wasn't concerned, so I know I shouldn't be. Also, she only gained a pound between her 4 and 6 month check ups. Is this normal?
