@caffeinated: I was going to say this.
The warmest it should ever be is 72degrees anyways. They say "warm the baby...not the room".
We put LO in a swaddle with a light hat & cover from his belly to his feet in a blanket.
* our thermometer is our monitor

Of course if you're really worried: you might seal off the windows to make sure your house isn't loosing heat that way.
Also maybe try a space heater in the hallway and leave her door open, so that heat enters but her room never OVERheats. And the door staying open will allow airflow

@caffeinated: We don't have any other room but ours, and we just switched her to her own room this week. I don't have a thermometer but I could try and buy one. I'll try the hat thing too!

Do you have a thermometer in her room? They say the ideal temp is between 68-72, though i have her room a bit warmer in the winter. I use the one on her video monitor to make any temperature adjustments. Is there any way of putting her in a different room that doesn't have a draft? I may want to have her wear a hat to sleep if there's a draft.

LO's room get's pretty chilly at night, and I'm not sure how cold is too cold, and what I can do about it. She sleeps in cozy pajamas and sometimes a sleep sack and then she has her blankie that she needs to cuddle, so as far as being cozy I think she's good but her hands are always freezing but she hates them being covered! She gets a major draft through her window and we tried getting that plastic to cover it, but it doesn't work for her window. She has curtains but they aren't that great at keeping the cool out, like ours do.

So how do I know if she's fine or if I need to find another solution?
