Could this be contributing?</p> <p>Also, have you considered the furminator for the dog? We used it on ours last year, and it helped to cut down on the shedding considerably. Our dog sheds quite a lot during these months, so if the allergies are new, maybe this could contribute as well? I'm so sorry you have to go through this! She is definitelly allergic to cats. The first time she was over at the ILs for a long period of time, playing on their carpet etc. Her eyes got super red and did not improve till a few hours after we got home.<br /> She has watery eyes, runny nose constantly and a cough she can't get rid of. The cough is typically only in the mornings and when she's sleeping.</p> <p>My plan is to deep clean her room and leave the door closed at all times. And obviously clean/vacuum often. </p> <p>We don't want to keep our dog separate...any other tips? </p>
