I lost about 10 pounds in my first trimester. I'm now starting my 3rd and haven't put any back on. For me, it isn't a worry because I was overweight to begin with. The midwife said that I didn't have any ketones in my urine, which meant that I'm ok as long as I don't lose any more.
I haven't tracked my calorie intake at all and have just focused on eating a well-balanced and healthy diet.

I just reached the 14 week mark of my pregnancy and lately I've lost weight, around 15 pounds. I thought a lot of it was from morning sickness so I notified my doctor and I had to retrain my body how to eat. It's been a few weeks since the morning sickness has stopped and I figured I would start gaining weight but I'm losing more even though I'm eating around 2100 calories a day if not more.

Has anyone lost such a large amount of weight since getting pregnant? I have my check-up this Thursday so I'm trying not to worry...but I think I need some reassurance.
