I do my best to stay calm but it just doesn't always happen and I've snapped at her and she just looks at me like "mommy I make you mad?." Sigh then it breaks my heart. </p> <p>I think a timeout is a great form of discipline at these ages, it separates them and lets them know "hey that was naughty."
