Now we use that and coconut oil. Love it. I did use aquafor, which worked, but it's so slimy and messy. I know the acne will clear eventually but was wondering if I could put a gentle lotion on his face like cetaphil? Any of you have this issue? His little eyelids are so red too :( doesn't seem to be bothering him though </p>
