It means so much to me to have your support in a time when I need it the most. Today was the most difficult day for me. My husband stayed home from work to take care of the LO while I took the time to finally be able to mourn. Most of this weekend I had to pretend and act normal in front of family members. Today I could finally be myself and cry it out. It felt good to crawl into bed and hide from the world for a few hours. I know this is just the beginning. I will shed more tears, and this emptiness won't go away for a long time. I have to take it one day at a time. What helped me was to find a little bit of closure. In my culture we use rocks on gravestones instead of flowers, so I found a nice rock and wrote a message to my LO on it. I went through this in January and I know how hard it is. I took a couple of days off work to just cry and mourn. My husband was a great support for me.
