I had a super easy pregnancy with no MS or any other discomforts, other than some bad cramping from weeks 4 - 8, but what I struggled with were the changes in my body. I've always been thin so to gain weight and not have clothes fit any more was really difficult for me. I think I hated it more during the time... but there were those magical moments that just made everything bad about it dissipate and mean nothing anymore. Like when I would lay in bed each night and watch as he moved across my belly and kicked all over. Most amazing feeling ever! And when DH got to feel it- it was so special.</p> <p>The first time we heard his heartbeat and I knew for sure there was a healthy, thriving baby in my tummy. I was so excited! I cried just hearing it. It was the most beautiful sound to me.</p> <p>Or the time we saw him for the first time at our 20 week ultrasound - he was just perfect and that was the moment I felt an insane amount of protectiveness - I just wanted to do everything right by him.</p> <p>But then I remember how I had sciatica so bad I couldn't walk from week 6-30. Then past week 30 I was just big and had back pain anyway. I try to maintain perspective after my sister had a rough pregnancy that I'm lucky to have no complications and feel pretty good.</p> <p>I love feeling him move and watching his limbs from the outside with le husband. I love knowing I'm growing a human. I love eating more. It's sort of fun watching my body change.</p> <p>I could do without not being able to sleep through the night since.. month 2. I could do without the stretch marks and skin breakouts. I was sick as a dog for 1.5 months. At 32 weeks I'm starting to be in actual pain versus discomfort.
