My doctor suggested upping my water/liquid intake as much as possible and trying to stay off my feet a bit more. I made it to 38 weeks, but did have to be induced because the numbers continued to drop. Idk if that REALLY helps but you could look into it.</p> <p>The only semi experience I have with low fluid is my midwife had a momma with low fluid.... they tried for her natural homebirth but ended up having to transfer. Baby and momma were fine though. =)</p> <p>Try not to google too much. Just barely below normal, but it was enough that I'll be getting another ultrasound to track the progress. I made the fatal error of googling what that meant....... bad idea. Now I'm trying to not freak out. Anyone had any expierence with this? </p>
