My nurse friend who works at the practice texted me. She advised me to drink one to two bottles of Gatorade a day along with my water to help with the low blood pressure. And she said "that can help with fluid volume issues which can cause my lower blood pressure" so I'm pretty sure I'm correct in my assumptions that I have a too much fluid. they did schedule me for another ultrasound this next appointment. The doctor hasn't officially told me yet but I think they just want to see if I do still have it this time. The measure my fluid Tuesday but the tech didn't tell me anything.

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way! 100/60 was normal for me in pregnancy (especially the middle-ish part) but it did make me feel crappy sometimes. Hugs and don’t be afraid to call if you get worried. That is their job!!

This is good to know ladies! Thank you so much. I never what is normal sometimes. I'll still mention it to my doctor next appointment. I get super anxious in my last trimester so its nice to hear things to help calm my nerves.

Low bp is quite common in pregnancy. I had it. Drink a lot of fluids/electrolytes.

@cyoung: I think if it’s not normal for you, you should call. That said, that isn’t low bp, just normal. Mine is that or even a little lower during pregnancy

In my opinion there is no such thing as a pregnant lady who cried wolf! Dizziness and swollen legs are really serious symptoms and if I were you I wouldn't have any hesitation going in, or at least calling. Seriously you have nothing to apologize for.

I don’t have experience with low BP, but never be afraid to call your OB and ask. I am super nervous with doctors too, so I get it—but they get tons of questions every day—you aren’t annoying them, it’s their job to answer them! Your health is so important and your health team would definitely rather reassure you that something is normal verses you getting too sick or your baby having issues that could have been avoided. Call and update back!

Dang sorry ladies. I swear this has been the craziest pregnancy ever. I went from one day of extremely high blood pressure to now dealing with almost too low blood pressure. Now it's still in the "ideal" range but its gets for me. This morning it was 103/62. I felt so dizzy and still do this morning and this morning was nausous. I've been dealing with dizziness for a few weeks but though it was nothing. Should I be concerned or just brush it off. I've had some swelling in my legs that sometimes pits especially toward my ankles. So I thought I was dealing with high blood pressure but I think I'm dealing with the opposite.

I just dont want to be the pregnant lady who cried wolf or freakout too many times. I just dont feel right sometimes. My next appointment isnt till next Friday. I've called once before about my edema. I definitely deal with white coat syndrome and get some much axienty making phone calls to the nurse and asking questions.
