After 36 weeks only if it was enough to be "like a period." I guess it resolved itself by 35 weeks. Anyways I always called when I had spotting. Just because I was a baby. But the spotting I was having was a lot. I'm noticing spotting, though, and it made me think about how they're always asking me if I've seen any spotting/bleeding. If you had a low-lying placenta or placenta previa, how much spotting or bleeding would it take for you to call the OB?</p> <p>(I know what their answer is going to be - go to triage! They're already upset that MFM isn't seeing me sooner.) </p>
