Maybe it's lower because your body isn't working as hard to pump and circulate blood for you AND the baby? I always had a pretty high resting heartrate (in the 80s and 90s), but now it's in the 50s! So odd, and definitely a change since having LO. I'm going to mention it to my OB, but I was curious if anyone else noticed something similar postpartum. </p>
