I'm just curious.... How do you know you have low supply? I'm often curious about how much LO is actually getting, but he seems to be satisfied. (Though I think he's in a growth spurt because he nursed for nearly 2 hours tonight!)

Maybe try replacing the fenugreek with a combination supplement like More Milk Plus by motherlove. It made a huge difference for me. Also, I agree with PPs about pumping after/between feedings, allowing your baby to comfort nurse, drinking lots of water (though not too extreme because then you are only flushing all those supplements out of your system before they have time to do any good), etc.

Extra pumping sessions and/or pumping after feeding... Both are a pain, but they work!

I just made sure to stay SUPER hydrated, ate a ton and let my LO comfort nurse so my body would think it needed to produce more milk.

My supply is low. I feel like I have tried everything, fennel, fenegreek, mother's milk tea, oatmeal everyday, vit c, and even prescription. Does any one else has a low supply? What have you done to get it to increase?
