LOL - Glad there are a few ladies who love spicy foods and are willing to stomach it too! I did read some research showed that if you eat spicy foods while pregnant, your baby will be able to tolerate or be OK with spicy foods too! So I keep telling DH that I am "training" baby for spicy foods. :)

I paid DEARLY for chicken tacos from Chipolte a few nights ago. I was up until 3am in heartburn hell. Never again! (well, until baby arrives - then all bets are off!)

Same! Spicy foods are my favorite!! We add hot sauce/red pepper flakes/salsa to almost all of our meals. I've been trying to scale back a bit on the spice factor even though it depresses me, and luckily 3 extra strength Tums once or twice a day usually kills my heartburn.

Yeah, my heartburn was pretty rough at the end of my pregnancy. I love spicy foods, too! I just lived on tums. They're great for calcium, too! :)

Ahhh! I never have much of an appetite for anything, but I still love my spicy foods and could/would eat it all the time if not for the pregnancy heartburn that comes with it! :shakeshead:
Trying to finish some spicy Chinese Schezwan leftovers and I know I'm going to be paying for it with chest pains in a bit. Praying that some Tums and Pepcid help!
