I eventually found lipoma in my googling and that seemed to fit best. Though I was surprised I hadn’t noticed it before! I’d definitely get a medical opinion about your knee, but don’t freak out before you go. It’s a benign tumor that grows in the fat under your skin. They’re generally round and squishy and painless. I’m not a doctor so obviously I can’t say what you have but that’s what I had. It smooshes when I touch it and doesn’t hurt. I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant and have had bad varicose and spider veins in that leg. I can’t seem to find anything similar online that doesn’t hurt.
