Once, the doctor suspected a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage (75 day cycle) but the other few times my LP was longer than about 18 days, it was just a fluke. I just checked my copy of TCOFY and it says that if your temperature remains high for 3 days beyond your longest luteal phase to date, it usually means BFP.</p> <p>ETA: oops! It did get a couple of days longer when I started taking B Complex. </p> <p>Is there any chance you are pregnant? So far it has been uneventful with a my cycle being approx 28 days and a luteal phase of 11 days exactly. It has never wavered until this cycle when I am now on day 15 and still no sign of AF. I temp vaginally and use OPK's so I know when I ovulated. My understanding is that your LP shouldn't change. If it does then its normally only a day or two max.</p> <p>Has anyone else had this issue?
