It looks like Sch HC just asks for taxpayer and spouse information, not even a line for dependents. Unless I am looking at the wrong form! It is really weird that it is not asking since it is mandated. It listed our household as 2 and not 3, so it has me weirded out. But, I got all credits. who knows. I don't think they actually check it that carefully IMO. Also, they don't even require that you attach the 1099-HC so they don't verify that what you are saying is true. I would just skip it and attach the 1099-HC and hope that they figure it out.
