I hope things move quickly for you!</p> <p>In my experience, it's really kind of crap shoot on how long it will take. Our house was a short sale, and I think it took 1.5 months from offer to closing. Our best friends are short saling their house, though, and it's been 10 months since they got an offer with no end in sight.
