Seem less likely to come detached and be swallowed. They all got lost (probably underneath it) except a K and an A, lol. But she never had any interest in eating them....she does love her some magnetic stuff, and still does!</p> <p>Also gel clings! I also think this would be a good way to keep him out of trouble in the kitchen by providing him some entertainment. I was thinking about getting him a magnetic alphabet.</p> <p>But.</p> <p>I keep reading about how the magnets get detached from the letters and then swallowed by babies. Which can kill them.</p> <p>1. Am I being paranoid?</p> <p>2. Is there a proven brand that I can use to protect him from this? </p>
