I have made them with biscuits, sausage and cheese. The sausage I made into patties and cooked. Freezed them assembled and then microwaved for I think 1.5 minutes to heat them up. No thawing required.

I use bread rounds
cook 1 1/2 eggs for each one
1 slice cheese
2 slices deli ham

wrap in freezer paper then put them in a gallon size Ziploc freezer bag

freeze

reheat - unwrap - wrap in paper towel and microwave for 1 minute

What are your tips to make breakfast sandwiches ahead to freeze? Do you use english muffins? Premade patties? Do you freeze the cheese? How do you thaw and heat up?
