This time around I have painted my nails a few times with normal nail polish. It's all paraben, phthalate, and synthetic fragrance free. If you're avoiding retinyl palmitate, you still have to check ingredients, especially in lipsticks/glosses. I've found that most MAC lipsticks have no retinyl palmitate.
