&#60;p&#62;In a pinch, I've also used rolled oats and I have also ground it in the food processor.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@Mrs. Polish: no idea. But I know that rolled oats is stripped of some nutrients. ie Not as nutritious as steel cut oats which is more of it's natural form. I buy steel cut oats and grind them into a powder for making oatmeal. I reserve rolled oats for baking, making pancakes, waffles etc.&#60;/p&#62;
