<description>&#60;p&#62;Have any of you had a manual vacuum aspiration for an early miscarriage? We found out last week at 8 weeks that this pregnancy wasn't meant to last. I've been waiting, in the hopes that this miscarriage would happen naturally, but my midwife gave me a few options to speed things up. Miso or a manual vacuum aspiration (in-office, local anesthesia only). Care to share your experience?
