<description>&#60;p&#62;I was at the Dallas march with DS in his stroller - it was much smaller than other big cities but I was still pleasantly surprised by the turnout at city hall.  Sadly, I don't have any pictures of the crowd filling the open green and spilling out across the street.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;ETA:  sign slogan is from a Wire and Honey shirt we love - we made a poster of it because DS' shirt didn't arrive in time for the march.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@hummusgirl - wish i could have been in Austin.  It looked incredible!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@purplepeony - I recognize that  anassa kata -- I went to the other little school a short (blue) bus ride away.  Sadly, I never heard anyone sing that song, and wish I had heard it before today.  It is lovely!!&#60;/p&#62;

Ours said &#34;Girls with Dreams become Women with Vision&#34;, &#34;Keep Loving/Keep Fighting&#34;, &#34;Still Nasty&#34;, and my 4 year old's said &#34;because I matter&#34; and &#34;love&#34;. 1 year old had a tiny sign that said &#34;I matter&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;To everyone else that marched....If you have conservative friends/family on your social media.  Does it seem as if they are all collectively losing their shit over this march??  I have seen a huge uptick in complaints about &#34;whiners&#34;, and silly memes and conservative blog posts shared, all basically on the same theme:  That they want everyone to be silent, basically.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have had a couple random haters comment on my post about marching.  I could just block them, I know, but I think it's good they are exposed to my post about such an amazing event.  So I don't block.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I guess from one standpoint, it's been interesting to see the &#34;machine&#34; from the conservative side function.  Obviously, the goal is to divide and conquer--so we have a brilliant, loving, successful, peaceful march of a million women, and then the Machine starts putting stuff out there about &#34;whiners&#34; and Madonna (quoted totally out of context) and a bunch of other random stuff, and it's instantly latched on to and reshared millions of times.  I mean, it works, you have to give them that.  They have successfully taught people to blindly believe and reshare without any kind of critical thinking.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;As for me, I am just getting geared up.  I have all kinds of action items to work on this week.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Keep up the momentum, ladies!  And Remember, Remember, the 6th of November (2018).

<description>&#60;p&#62;@hony bologna:  @Corduroy:  that is so awesome the Walnut Creek march was so big! Honestly, I wish oakland was a bit smaller or I joined later and watched from the sidelines. We were stuck in the big mass of people and didn't get to see as many cool signs as I am seeing later on social media. Still, a very cool experience and so glad I brought my son. I hope my shoulder isn't killing me tomorrow! I used to wear him allllll the time but I kept injuring myself. He's 34 lbs at just two and was 30 at 1yo! Hard to make a carrier ergonomic enough for that! :)
