Anyone ever have Marley Twists? How did you like the style and hair texture?

We have a 7 day cruise coming up and I want to braid or twist my hair. After much pinning Marley twists seems to be the winning style since it's supposed to look natural and dread-like. Did the twists stay neat (and not slide out) after getting wet in pool or ocean?
